We are headquartered in USA with operations in the Americas, Europe and Asia. The company is expanding rapidly on the strength of its products and strong support from its loyal customer base.
We are looking for a Web Project Manager to be based out of our offices in Paris France.
The Web Project Manager is responsible for documenting client requirements and working with the offshore delivery team for implementation. The ideal candidate will be multi-lingual and fluent in French & English.
Experience in Automotive industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage account relationship with select client organization(s)
- Follow the scope of an online project that goes from the proposal stage, to the technical work up, and finally to the delivery of the web product.
- Write project specification and document client requirements
- Create detailed Change Requests and Issue documentation for projects under implementation
- Create User Acceptance Tests (UAT) for delivery teams
- Generate periodic project status reports to be presented to company stakeholders; detail data, tasks and processes.
- Follow up on client approvals for marketing campaigns/ activities
- Meet with the client on a monthly basis to discuss progress and set expectations
- Co-ordinate with delivery team to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery
- Responsible for the success and satisfaction of the individual client relationships
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of experience managing web development projects
- Automotive Retail experience is preferred
- Online Marketing for Automotive is preferred
- Google or other certification is preferred
- Ability to manage many different jobs and meet deadlines consistently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Multilingual - fluent in French and English
- Motivated self-starter, able to work in a client environment
